Captain Crunch Cookies

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup White sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1.5 cup Captain Crunch Cereal
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Preparation Method

1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.

2. Add flour and baking soda. Blend the mixture well.

3. Mix in the cereal and chocolate chips until well blended. It will be dry and crumbly.

4. Roll into little logs, 1 inch in diameter and break off little pieces.

5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are light brown.
